The Ward Room promotes officers based on their activeness in the guild, competence for a role, interpersonal skills, and desire to work hard to ensure the success of Uranium. 

Officership is a job and roles will be kept to a minimum, adding more as the needs of the guild increase.

Officers don’t need to be in a raid team to perform their jobs.

Collectively, we are known as the "Ward Room", and work as a team to keep Uranium a successful and enjoyable community for her members.

Being an officer is a huge, often thankless, responsibility that brings with it the authority to determine the course of the guild.

Officers will maintain a frequent online presence, reach out to other members to assist, teach, critique, and promote the best qualities of Uranium. Officers will ensure confidentiality between the guild’s members and the Ward Room. 

All officers will have input in the following:

• Adding/revising guild policies/rules/expectations

• Interpersonal disputes and resolutions

• Weekly raid plans/strategies with Raid Leaders

• Evaluating current officers

Administrators 

• In charge of the people side of the guild

• Maintains a logs of all guild reports, feedback and complaints

• Manage the discord

• Maintain the guild bank

 Recruiter

• Fill guild roster with trial raiders and social members

• First point of contact for new crew members and trial raiders

• Work with new members to get them situated and answer all questions

• Work with Raid Leaders to ensure their needs are met

Raid Leaders

• Scheduling and execution of raid night

• BOE collection

• Keep their team informed of raid schedules and roster changes

• Plan raid fights

• Work with the Recruiter to maintain their rosters
